Royal Mail - 1st class despatch; this is not a guaranteed next working day service, but 96% of deliveries are next working day. This cannot be tracked online neither is it insured. You must wait 10 days to approach us to claim against a non-delivery, we will then approach the Royal Mail to lodge a claim
Royal Mail - 1st Class despatch; this is a 2 -3 day service, but 96% of deliveries are next working day. This can be tracked online and is insured
Royal Mail - A guaranteed next working day by 1pm service to 99% of the UK. This can be tracked online, with electronic POD and is insured up to £2,500*. Please note when using this service on a Friday for a Saturday delivery that orders need to be with us by 3pm.

Delivery Conditions

When you place an order, we suggest you have it delivered to a work address rather than a home address, if you will not be at home. Our couriers only deliver between 9am and 4pm, and will require a signature on receipt.
We're sorry, but we can't change the delivery address of a parcel once your order has been placed.

Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on a bank holiday or a Saturday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
If you are not around to accept your parcel, the carrier may leave it with a neighbour, or in a safe place (i.e. hidden from sight and protected from the rain) if they think it is safe to do so. A calling card will be posted through your door to let you know this has been done.
From Monday to Friday, orders must be placed by 12pm to ensure delivery the next working day. Orders placed after this time will be delivered in two working days.
Orders placed after 12pm on a Friday will be delivered on Monday.
Next Day Delivery orders placed after 12pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday, except bank holidays.
Orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered in two working days.
Unfortunately we are unable to deliver on a bank holiday or a Saturday. In this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8am and 12pm. unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
